Quote requests
When you request a quote, we use the contact and shipment information you provide to evaluate the enquiry, communicate with you and take steps toward providing the requested service.
Information collected
This may include your name, business contact details, company, shipment route, cargo description, weight and preferred transport date. Please do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Storage and recipients
The website does not use a quote database. Requests are delivered to the VXCargo business mailbox and are available only to personnel responding to the enquiry. Our hosting and email provider, Host-Age.ro, may process technical data while providing its services.
Retention and your rights
Quote correspondence is retained for REPLACE WITH RETENTION PERIOD, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact office@vxcargo.com.
Data controller
